Description

As a sales and customer service representative you will be taking inbound and making outbound cold calls to accommodate the nature of the call center.  As a first point of contact, enthusiasm, compassion, and an unrelenting customer focus is necessary to help deliver exceptional customer service. 

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in a call center setting
  • Keyboarding skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Wage:  $12-$15 per hour
